Poppy Cake Studio was founded in 2021. Created when a passion for baking and creating bright colorful art came together to create a unique and modern take on classic desserts. I wanted to give my customers a completely customizable experience so they can get exactly what the are looking for, from flavors to decor.  All of my recipes are carefully curated and created 100% from scratch to ensure you are getting a product that is just as delicious as it is beautiful!

Poppy Cake Studio is owned an operated by Jennifer Albus. I have 7+ years professional baking and cake decorating experience; working in two of the best and busiest bakeries in the city. While I love the hustle and bustle of a busy bakery, it was very important to me to create a more customer focused experience for my clients. Being a home bakery means all of my attention is focused on each and every cake I make.
